Retail cartons
Presentation shrink wrapping for boxed products where the final pack needs to look clean and controlled.
Plan the seal, film and finish around the packs you need to wrap.
Use cases
L-sealer projects are best planned around the product entering the seal area and the finished pack leaving the heat tunnel.
Presentation shrink wrapping for boxed products where the final pack needs to look clean and controlled.
Books, brochures and printed packs where the film protects and presents the item for storage or dispatch.
Multi-packs and bundles where shrink film creates a stable grouped unit before secondary packing.
Flexible projects with changing products where changeover planning and pack data need to be checked early.
Cosmetics, hardware, household items and electronics where the finished pack must be neat and repeatable.
Integration with conveying, coding, labelling, carton packing or dispatch handling where shrink wrapping is one stage in the line.
Film and finish
The correct L-sealer route depends on the film, product stability, heat tunnel settings and line speed. A pack may seal well but shrink poorly if tunnel temperature, airflow and conveyor speed are not balanced with the film and product.

Integration
An L-sealer may operate as a standalone packaging cell or as part of a wider line. Infeed, spacing, film loading, shrink tunnel outfeed and finished-pack handling all need to be practical for operators and maintenance.
